Customer Frustration
- The customer service - I received poor phone service from -Amber when I placed my order on the phone. The questions and answers used was unacceptable.. (Communication and tone was rude, condescending, and unhelpful),
- An obstacle I (waited at bar over 18 minutes before anyone spoke or asked why I was there).- this occurred when entered the bar area to pick up my food. In addition food temperature was below acceptable standard and presentation was sloppy.
- Problem/Poor communication- 6 messages (were left ) by me - (or not given) to Manager to respond & call me to discuss in a timely service manner respecting both parties.
